Gina Eisenhutis a Wells County native and 2013 graduate of Bluffton High School. She went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Huntington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism and public relations. Gina pursued her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana.
During law school, Gina served as an associate editor of the Indiana Law Review, participated in the Stanton Intramural Moot Court competition and Wrongful Convictions Clinic, and was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. She also interned with the Honorable Kenton Kiracofe in the Wells County Circuit Court, as well as the Huntington County Prosecutor’s Office, and worked as a summer associate at a civil firm in Fort Wayne.
Concerning the Law and COVID-19 Join us for a candid conversation regarding the legal implications of Covid-19. Topics will include some of the most timely and topical legal issues presented by COVID-19 and the effects it has had on businesses, communities, and industries.

Topics that will be discussed include real estate issues, including tenant/landlord disputes over rent, eviction moratoriums, and contract issues including force majeure clauses, interpretation, the excuse for performance due to unforeseen circumstances, how courts are handling contracts that were not able to be performed because of COVID/lockdown and how to prepare for future contracts during unprecedented times.
