Beth Singleton, WCLA Graduate, will provide a presentation about the following:
- How your body language communicates to others
- What is your subconscious telling you after talking to someone
- How self-awareness & awareness of others can improve your communication skills and build rapport
There is a belief that 55% of communication is body language, 38% is tone of voice, and 7% is the actual words spoken.
Learn tips and tricks on what body language conveys when communicating with your colleagues. |
